I bought and sold a house in GA with Greg Honeymichael's representation. I knew I would not be living in GA my whole life. Greg's expertise was so useful in the initial purchase, and even during the time I owned it and throughout the selling experience. We had a hiccup with the buyer's loan, and had to push back the closing date by about 10 days. Rhonda Dowdy (a realtor on Greg's team) was so extremely helpful. She acted as our Power of Attorney so we could stick with our moving plans and was amazingly communicative and resourceful as we worked through the closing remotely with her. Would highly recommend this team. Very professional and they know what they are doing. Good people to have on your side during a stressful and complicated process.

The Honeymichael Group was amazing! They reviewed my home before listing and let me know how to make the home more presentable. It really paid off because we got full asking price within 24 hours of listing the home! The team was very responsive and engaged during the whole process willing to answer any questions we had and give guidance when we needed it. I would give them a 12 out of 10!
