Gina is a very nice lady, first and foremost. She does seem to care and is super responsive. The proof is in the results though, and my opinion is that she's not the best choice if selling a high-dollar home. From the beginning, her tactics seemed odd for selling a 7-figure home, such as handing out flyers at strip malls. The only real solutions she ever offered were "lower the price." Ultimately, we decided to part ways and went with another realtor. It was like day and night. Gina did not come for the photos and they ended up being terrible. There was no staging, no editing, and no real effort made to present our home well. Glaring things were left in photos that should have been removed. Even the listing wasn't appealing, to the point where I had to write a change myself and give it to her to include. I was willing to see how things went with our new agent before posting a review. As I said, the proof is in the pudding. It didn't take long to get offers with the new agent, and we were under contract quickly with no repairs, no concessions, and a lowered buyer agent fee. She did always seem to have potentially positive updates - this person wants to see it, this friend is interested, this investor needs to talk to his bank etc etc. Nothing came of it and no one actually showed up. I did my own legwork at one point and got in touch with a VERY prominent local investor company. I connected them and her only response was "that's a scam." Of course, it wasn't a scam, and she realized afterward that she actually knew those people. The seller shouldn't have to work harder than the agent! My opinion: she might be an OK choice for a lower value home, but I wouldn't use her if selling a luxury property of any sort.

We can not say enough positive things about Gina and her team at COVA Home Realty. Not only does she have so much knowledge and expertise in real estate and the area as a whole, but she truly becomes your friend and family throughout the home buying/selling process. Gina is awesome!! If you are looking for someone who will work hard for you, she will! She helped me purchase my first home. She was reliable, knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I wasn’t just “business” to her. I was her client that she cared about. I had so many questions about buying a home and the process involved. She educated me every step of the way. She is my realtor! I look forward to purchasing my next home with her. Even till this day, three years later, I can text her and get an immediate response. She’s thoughtful and kind.
