Gary and his team are incredible! We had to sell our condo and buy a home at the same time so I knew I had to go with someone that could make this happen. I had heard from family and friends he was the best in the business but it wasn't until I was his client I understood what they meant; his connections. Even during this Pandemic, Gary always took necessary precaution to ensure the buyers and sellers felt comfortable. The BIGGEST plus working with Gary is that he knows majority of selling and buying agents, his network is large, therefore his approach to The Deal is remarkable... if gives him that edge for his clients. He was very thorough in her explanation of the home selling process. We never felt that we didn't know what we were doing, or that we were alone in the process.
