I had a great experience working with Adam Rosal and would definitely recommend him.I originally used him a few years back when I was shopping for a single family. I didn’t wind up making the purchase, but he was instrumental in finding good options. Ultimately it was the information from his team (inspections and other data) that helped me make the tough decision to hold off.Recently when it was time for me to sell my condo, I knew I could use Adam. He once again had great information and comps to help guide me through and get my property sold in a difficult real estate environment. His team made great recommendations and did an amazing job staging, photographing and marketing so that we had plenty of views and saves on multiple sites.He also made extra the effort to have regular open house's and private showings.When I have another purchase in the area, I would use Adam again.

Fantastic service from the Kaminsky Group, especially my agents Corry and Allison, far exceeding my expectations: A week on the market, nine offers. Corry and Allison then leveraged the offers to achieve a selling price that I simply did not think possible. Wow. I'm an out-of-state client so I also wanted someone to handle virtually everything, from fixing up the condo to helping me clear out the place. At one point early in the process I asked Corry what I needed to do...his answer? "Nothing." What a team!

Ashley and her partner Jonathan over at Kaminsky group were amazing throughout the whole process of buying my first home. With offers falling through in escrow, to multiple bidding wars, and a failed offer that came back to win. On the other side they politely and professionally dealt with other realtors who were helpful, seemed unexperienced, or a even little sketchy. From my side of it all it went smoothly and easily, but I know there was a lot going on in the background. I would recommend them for anyone looking for someone who is sweet and friendly and eager to help you buy a home.
