A friend of my husband referred us to Coldwell Banker, and we were fortunate enough to be paired with David after deciding to switch from another realtor who just didn’t feel like the right fit for us. From the very beginning, David was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly on top of everything throughout the entire process.As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but David made us feel heard, supported, and informed every step of the way. Although he primarily communicated with my husband, I always felt included and confident that our concerns and needs were being taken seriously. We first met with David Wissler of Coldwell Banker Realty in the Fall of 2024. At that time, we were interviewing Realtors, as we were relocating to Florida. We interviewed other agents but felt they really undervalued our home, neighborhood and location. David was very diligent and put more time and effort into determining a feasible selling price. He came to us with some great comps and said he was confident he could help us sell our home for the number we had in mind. We were pleased.We discussed the best timing to put the house up for sale, which coincided with our relocation schedule, Spring of 2025.David’s team did an excellent job posting our home. The presentation of our home was impressive and succeeded in bringing out the beauty of our home. David’s team is very professional, honest and achieved selling our home for above list price.
