He came to us with some great comps and said he was confident he could help us sell our home for the number we had in mind. We were pleased.We discussed the best timing to put the house up for sale, which coincided with our relocation schedule, Spring of 2025.David’s team did an excellent job posting our home. The presentation of our home was impressive and succeeded in bringing out the beauty of our home. David’s team is very professional, honest and achieved selling our home for above list price.
