Wendy is a very knowledgable and experienced realtor. She is very friendly and is always willing to work around your schedule. She is also a great negotiator and will really work for her clients. Overall it was a great experience and wendy made it a lot easier for us to get into a house that we love!

Wendy is incredible! She made our dream of owning a house an absolute reality! We told her our situation and what we could afford and she even got the seller to pay all but a thousand dollars of our closing costs!!! We settled two weeks earlier than planned, she answered her phone and text messages every time I had a question. My husband and I just couldn't be happier with Wendy Stauffer. She truly was a blessing to us in a time where we needed someone we could trust to get us in to a home we could afford and that we loved and could call our home! I will never go to any other realtor but her if we ever decide to sell our house.

Wendy got back to my inquiry of the property within just a few minutes. We were able to view the property within 24 hours. Her knowledge of not only the real estate, but even of genreal mechanics of the home helped put our mind at ease when placing an offer. With her guidance our offer, despite being the lowest, was the one accepted. Wendy is a blessing to us. Now my mother will have a place to call home. Glory be to God for sending us Wendy...

Wendy was very responsive anytime I was interested in looking at a house. She was quick to set up home showings for me. Anytime I texted her a question, I received a correct answer in a very timely fashion. This was a very big help since time was of the essence because I was in the middle of divorce. There were times where it did not seem like I was ever going to find a suitable house in my price range. She kept me thinking positively and was proactive in getting me into see new listings before other potential buyers. When I finally decided on a place, it was a townhouse that was new construction. When the purchase agreement was signed she could have left immediately, but instead she took over two hours to help me pick out all the flooring, cabinets, wall colors, countertops. if that's not going the extra mile for a client, I don't know what is.

Wendy is extremely professional and made our buying/selling experience a breeze. She is knowledgeable about any questions you have on a house and has references for anything you may need done (painter, contractor,etc). She knows buying/selling house and made our experience easy and fun. I’d highly recommend her as a relitor her knowledge can’t be beat!!!!

We have worked with Wendy on several occasions and each time we're amazed at her knowledge and professionalism thru the home buying process. Our latest experience was as smooth as buying and selling a house can possibly be. Wendy sent us a listing the morning it hit the market, we met her at the house that day and were under contract the following day. She then listed our current house and it took just 4 days to find a buyer. She handled everything big and small on both sides of the transactions and we felt like she really our best interests in mind from start to finish. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge on everything from the housing market to contractors, to the mechanics of how things work in a house. We can't thank her enough for all her knowledge and help in buying our new home!!
