Darin Elliott helped me in the process of purchasing my home with a streamline FHA 203K. I had a very specific type of property I was looking for and Darin was very understanding and patient with me on this. He worked with me and my hectic multi-job schedule, which I extremely appreciate. It was nice being able to trust him enough to hand over the reins and let him handle it all. He filed all the extensions and kept everything going even when things where looking bleak. When switching lending companies he was more than understanding and handled almost all the leg work on transferring the information. Once I found my "perfect" house, Darin was instrumental in keeping my deal alive with the bank owned property for close to a year. He worked strategically and diligently in managing all the communication with the listing agent, loan officer, and every other middle person. He went above and beyond my expectations numerous times. You couldn't find a more qualified, honest, and hard working realtor. To me, communication as a realtor is key to the success of any transaction and Darin Elliott is a perfect example of this. I appreciate everything he has done and I have recommended him to all my family and friends.6-12-2015 Update - New Transaction:Darin Elliott was my agent when I bought my house in late 2013. He most recently sold my mothers’ place under Land Contract. So, I thought it would be prudent of me to provide a follow-up review.Once again Darin proved to be multifaceted in the world of real-estate. Darin was still extremely flexible with my schedule. He went above and beyond in accommodating my hectic work schedule. As such, he was able to get the well/septic “people” out to take care of the issues without me having to take time off work.Communication is still impeccable and consistent, whether by phone tag or email for me. When you talk with him whether it’s the first time or at the end of the transaction, it is like talking with a friend. You can expect to “hear it how it is” and trust it is with integrity. No “stuffy” high talk.Darin had a cool and calm demeanor throughout the whole process. Even during points of elevated stress and tension. He respects others perspectives on any given issue and encompasses humility.So, simply put, I stand by my previous review.

Darin was very helpful and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very quick to call me back if I couldnt reach him right away. He made sure everything went smooth and as quick as possible. He also referred me to my mortgage broker that financed me with a great rate. He also knew and referred me to an inspector that we needed to get a second inspection done due to the appraiser. We got that done immediately just in time. We were going through a short sale and it seemed very difficult to please everybody and get everything done on time and darin made sure it went smooth. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again darin.

Darin is a very nice and easy going guy who has a very good insight in his field as a realtor. He was very helpful with any concerns or informational matters that we had. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive to requests. We used him for both buying and selling. Darin was helpful and responsive to requests both before and after the sale. He is helpful without making us feel pressured and gave us his time even when it wasn't going to make him any money.
