Ken and Gina are great to work with. They have a great understanding of the area and the current market trends! Very responsive and we always available - even returning calls while they were on vacation. On the rare occasion they were unavailable, they have a great team backing them up at every turn!

James Richardson did a superb job in assisting us in finding our new home..We bought from our of state and he showed us 14 properties in one day since we only had a limited time available to tour homes. He is so personable and really cares about his clients. He went above and beyond our expectations and definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Grand Rapids area!

I have been looking forward to writing a review for our amazing agent, James Richardson and his team at @HomeRealty.We met James when he answered our request to view a home that our agent at the time could not show us. James took time away from his family on a Sunday to show us this house. As we all know, the market is CRAZY and you have to view homes and place offers within 24 hours. We were very impressed with James from the moment we met him.A few months had past and we reached out to James to see if he would take us on! Thank goodness he said YES.This purchase would be our 7th home since we have been married. We are not new to the process but we were new to this new type of environment of no inspections, multiple offers, over asking offers and a host of other caveats. James not only showed us homes that we were interested in seeing but he was always on the look out for homes not on the market that he thought we would be interested in. He worked harder than any other agent we have ever worked with in the past, seriously. James was knowledgeable beyond what we had expected. He walked us through so many scenarios and really supported us even when we thought he was frustrated with us. He went above and beyond at every turn..never even batting an eye at all of our requests. He called us one day and told us about a home that was just hitting the market. I think he KNEW it was what we had been looking for all this time. As we completed our offer, it was him who really, really stepped up and walked us through what we were going to need to do to make our offer the one to get accepted. It was terriying! But...we trusted James as if he was family. We knew undoubtedly that he would NOT steer us wrong and he didn't. We ended up buying our dream home that we had envisioned for the past 5 years! It was full of emotions and the best purchase we could've made. Not only did James represent us on the buying side but he also sold our existing home. We are forever grateful for James, his family for giving us his time and attention and @HomeRealty for their support. If you are looking for an agent or company to sell or buy a home, look no further!

Kami was amazing from the moment we met! She worked hard for us and made our dreams a reality. We would highly recommend her and you won’t be disappointed. She met with us and we had an open house for days after we met. She was in constant communication without us throughout the whole process and we sold our house in a week allowing us to buy our new home in which she also assisted us and was completely transparent through the whole process.

My experience with Kami was a 10/10! Kami was a good listener who effectively understood my needs and life circumstances and how it all related to me buying my first home. It was not long, after beginning to work with Kami, before she found the perfect house for me in Grand Haven, MI. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process, comparable homes in the area, etc. and also just a joy to be around. I’ve worked with a number of realtors in the past and Kami was by far superior.
