We purchased our first home with Christine and she was wonderful. She was consistently quick to respond to any question and guided us through our home buying process without a single snag. Christine is a true professional and we would definitely recommend her. Should we ever need to buy or sell a home again would definitely love to work with her again.

Christine was an amazing realtor to work with. She helped me sell my first home and also helped my husband and I purchase a home. We had another realtor before we met Christine and they were inattentive and didn't seem to get that my husband and I were under a time crunch. We were relieved to find someone like Christine. She is a true professional and values the people she works with. She was always very prompt in getting back to us and she was great when it came to negotiating for our dream home. My home was only on the market for a week before it sold and I believe that was due to the amount of effort Christine put into advertising our home. This woman put our minds at ease on more than one occasion which really took the stress out of home buying/selling. She also went to great lengths for us, including wrapping up some unfinished business that I didn't have time to deal with on the day of closing, and bringing us back dishes that we had left behind at our other home! If you want a realtor who truly cares about their clients and can get the job done, Christine is perfect for you!

Christine came highly recommended and was wonderful to work with. She showed us 3 to 4 homes and kept in touch during the whole process which was very tedious for us. She kept us up to date on what was happening and when it happened. Would highly recommend Christine Nolt.

Christine helped us buy our first home when we needed more space to accommodate our first child. She was kind, professional, and had a great knowledge of housing trends in the area. She also was excellent at communicating what we needed to do throughout the whole process. The seller was extremely difficult during negotiations, and she helped us come to a resolution. If you want a house in Lancaster, Christine is the realtor to see!

Christine help us find and purchase our first home - I feel very blessed that we found her! She was incredibly helpful throughout and easy to reach with any questions throughout the entire process. Christine is very knowledgable about housing in Lancaster city. I think we got a very fair price on our house thanks to Christine. When we showed up for the final walk through and the sellers did not have everything in order as they should have, she went above and beyond and made sure that the house was in perfect order by our move in date. Bottom line I would recommend Christine for anyone buying their first home-or any home-in the Lancaster area!
