Cathy was such an amazing realtor and really helped me work through the process as a first time home buyer during a crazy market. It was a very stressful experience but she continued to remain positive and hopeful and stayed on top of options in my price range!

Three years ago, I was struggling with another realtor from Monticello, IN to sell my home in West Lafayette. Had multiple open houses, but It still took him forever to sell my home and I had to drastically drop the price in order to sell it. Meanwhile, Cathy Russell sold the neighbors home at full price in just a day or two, so I took note of her performance!So when it came time to sell my cottage in Monticello I called Cathy and she responded quickly, we formulated a fair asking price together, then she obtained several showings the first day, then sold it on that 1st day for full asking price!! Without question, Cathy is the best realtor in Lafayette and the surrounding areas due to her through her proven process, very involved personality, her team, and her network!!

Cathy was just incredible to work with when we had to sell an estate home and we lived out of town. Everything was handled via the phone and online and we never had to be on site. She listened to what our requirements were when selling the home and just took care of business quickly and with no fuss. She is the ultimate professional and I highly recommend her.

Cathy was extremely helpful. I explained to her the type of house I was looking for, a house with a barn and land, and was quick on having options for me. She responded promptly to any questions I had. It goes without saying that not only was she nice, but very professional. Cathy Russell and Nikki helped us find a home to purchase in the Lafayette area. We spent a great deal of time researching different homes, and Cathy was very patient and never pushed us to make a decision before we were ready. She found a home that best suited our needs and ensured the closing went smoothly. Nikki was very good about following through with all of the little details involved in the home purchasing process.
