Sherry both bought and sold our home in Lafayette. She was amazing both times. When we bought the house, we were in a bidding war and our bid matched with the other offer. She was able to work something out with the seller to ensure our offer was accepted! Four years later, when we sold the house she was able to get us $70k more than what we had purchased it at. If I ever have to move to Lafayette again, I will be using Sherry and her team. Also, she gives out free donuts every fall.

Sherry was very friendly, helpful, and responsive agent. She was recommended by a co worker. We were picky buyers and she was patient with us! She was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in the area and was good about steering us in the direction that fit our needs. Sherry was very responsive to our emails and texts even after hours and on the weekends! Sherry was very honest with us when we were making an offer and did her homework as to other homes previously sold in the neighborhood. She also did a great job with negotiating items to include in the purchase of the home. Sherry helped us through the inspection process and advised us on how and what to counter back to seller. She was informative and kept us up to date with emails and a timeline of all the things we needed to do prior to closing. The closing went fabulous as Sherry and title company had everything organized and ready for us to sign. We will definitely use Sherry as our agent again!

Sherry was an exemplary agent for us. Our Purchase and sell were rather spontaneous so we had very little time to get everything done and Sherry ensured that it was all possible by being on top of everything so that we met all our deadlines.
