Brian is smart and positive. The combination of a fairly strict budget and minor physical/design needs created a challenge for us both. Brian never gave up and encouraged me to stay positive as well. We found a house that has the perfect layout at the right price. He guided me through the mortgage and closing process and introduced me to local home repair contractors which allowed me to purchase the house. He always had time for me, typically responding to my queries with minutes. I will recommend him without qualification to anyone going into the housing market.

Brian made every step of the process easy and as painless as possible. There was really no question to which he did not have an answer or a problem for which he did not have a solution. Working with him was like working with one of those concierge services that take care of everything. I hope never to work with a different realtor. I am now too spoiled.

Our experience with Brian Eddins was outstanding! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and realistic with expectations throughout the process. I never once felt like we weren’t in good hands. He was responsive to inquiries and always very polite and professional. He did a great job communicating updates with us and keeping us abreast of any changes. He never made big promises he knew he couldn’t keep, and kept a very level head throughout. We would recommend Brian for any of your homebuying or selling needs!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Brian as a buyers agent and he’s the best ! Professional, resourceful, understanding and a tough negotiator . He came to our assistance when we had a fall out with our previous realtor.
