Beth is definitely one of a kind. Completely trustworthy, reliable, courteous & knowledgeable. The buyer asked for a large amount towards renovations, Beth brought that amount down by $10,000 dollars a significantly lower amount. Additionally Beth was able to work through several paperwork issues. This helped us tremendously. If you are looking for a realtor Beth is your person.

Her expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining a fair competitive selling price while also considering making us a little bit also. She was friendly, responsive, always gave great advice, understanding when taking our frequent calls, and patient with us (we were calling from a different time zone of a 2 hour time difference).
