Becky was extremely helpful as our agent for selling a family member’s house in Oklahoma (we live out-of-state). Being out-of-state and physically away from the property, it was a major relief to have someone like Becky handle and coordinate all the necessary activities. During the whole process, I felt that the house was in good hands, and I could rest easy knowing that everything was being taken care of. Becky and her team even helped retrieve some sentimental objects that were left at the house and subsequently mailed the objects to us. I also appreciated Becky’s thorough communication which helped to alleviate any concerns and anxieties. She consistently provided regular updates, keeping us in the loop about the status of the sale and the next steps. When I had questions, she promptly answered all of my calls, emails, and text messages and provided her candid insight/advice based on her past experiences. Working with Becky was great, and I definitely recommend her services to anyone in need of an agent to help sell their home!

Becky is very client focused. She helped our family sell our mother’s home and adjacent land. She worked with us on staging the house, hosting an open house and reviewing the multiple bids. There was a lot of moving parts to work with the local municipality to get the property ready for closing. We could not have accomplished the sale without Becky and her team. Becky listed my home on a Thursday, held an open house on Saturday & presented me with the TWELVE offers she received on Saturday night!She professionally cleaned & staged my home & took professional pictures to go with the listing. From listing to closing was 5 weeks! She negotiated hard on my behalf, & we sold as is, I didn’t have to spend any money on repairs & still walked away with more money than I was expecting!

You will not find a better realtor than Becky Seda! She knew how to find houses with qualities we were looking for. And she worked with us on scheduling times for house showings. Becky and her team are absolutely AMAZING! After my house caught fire, she stepped in to show me every house in the very limited criteria I gave her. In this market, finding me what I wanted was no small task and she gladly took me to see properties around my schedule. Becky is not the kind of realtor who is trying to “sell houses”. She is the kind of realtor who is there to help you find a home. ??The house I chose was a FSBO and she was kind, patient, and helpful to them as well since they did not have a realtor walking with them through the process. She and her staff are so thoughtful and responsive and are there to help with every step. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

We have used Becky on several homes that we have bought and sold over the years. In our most recent purchase, the seller didn't do his part when he moved out. She took care of the problem so that it was move in ready. She offered us so much help in getting our house ready to sell and made it as stress free as possible. After being listed, within 48 hours we had multiple offers and ended up selling well over asking price. We've never had that happen. Instead of just calling us with numbers she made a spreadsheet showing details of all offers. This made it very clear and there was no confusion. She's very professional and personable and will do everything in her power to make it as easy as possible. You won't find anyone better to work with you and for you than Becky.
