This agency gets it. Ethical, honest, could careless about commission and gets the deal done!I've had my house listed with REMAX and nothing. After short time with AE.. Done! Easy button.Here's the specifics. The Agent frequested to have a brokers open house and provided lunch low and behold another broker from Anne Erwin, but another office came by and said I think I have someone that is looking for this exactly! Now that's selling!

Our real estate agent was excellent. Extremely responsive to our needs throughout the whole process. Offering to assist us with the smallest details from getting our house ready to go on the market all the way to reviewing every document before the closing. I would definitely recommend Anne Erwin Sotheby's International Realty to anyone selling their house, no matter what the price range. My only wish is that they had an office to where we were moving to since they were head and shoulders above our buyer agent.

Although my wife & I had summered in Ogunquit for 40 years , when we began a search for a house lot in Ogunquit, I contacted Wallty Kallenback for assistance.Wally was very informed about the availability of lots for building a new home and he led us to an area 3 blocks from the beach which was located in a pine forest adjacent to the town center. We walked through the woods ,scampered over brooks and found the site which we bought at a reasonable price ( when that project was completed, town water, sewer and underground utiities were provided,)That lot became the site for the construction of our dream home in which I live today.I have Wally to thank for attaining our dream site in our favorite town.Paul BreenOgunquit, ME

Purchasing or building a new home can be a complex process and it's important that you have someone you can trust to share their perspective and experience, and help guide you through the decision-making process. We had an opportunity to work with Walter Kallenback over and extended period of time and his input gave us confidence and peace of mind as we worked our way through every aspect of the process. Fritz Dauth was awesome to work with. He has helped us with 2 purchases, and probably understood our needs better than we did! Throughout both situations, I always felt like he had our interests at heart. He had great follow-through, a strong ability to keep the process on track, and superb communication.
