A group rented The Boatyard in Cape Elizabeth for 3 nights. Our point person dealt with an agent at this office. The short term rental property was beautiful and well equipped, but dirty to the point of disgust. Upon receiving details of the property condition with a few pix of some utter filth, the agent's response was "I am beyond horrified". Despite her alleged horror, the reply to a refund request for the $500 cleaning fee was a list of irrelevant defenses, and a mere $100 refund. Our group is beyond horrified by this unprofessional and nauseating experience.
We can't say enough about Katie and Meagan they were amazing. I can honestly say I went into this very skeptical due to our past experience. Katie said she would sell this house an make me a believe and she did just that.The work she put into this sale was amazing. The lot/house sold within days. Katie represented us in this sale an presented the property with all the potentials possible in our best interest. Any questions we had for either of them were answered quickly.The team worked with us to get the closing date to work with the family commitments we had. I would recommend this team to anyone that needs to sell. They are very professional and friendly.
