Laura and Chad did an outstanding job every step of the way in helping us purchase our condo. They both responded quickly to questions we had and made our purchase from out of state very easy. Laura set up a virtual walk through of the property which helped a lot. Her knowledge and professionalism put us at ease as we hadn’t purchased a home for many years. Laura answered our questions very quickly and was very patient thorough-out the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Laura to be your agent if you are purchasing a home.

We recently sold our home with the David Banks Real Estate Team in Portland, Maine, and could not be more pleased with the experience.From our very first meeting, David Banks and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. David personally met with us several times, took the time to understand our goals and timeline, and provided valuable guidance throughout the process.What impressed us most was the team's outstanding coordination and execution. Carrie, Lyndsay, Sam, and the entire team were kind, courteous, understanding, and always responsive to our questions and needs. They worked diligently with us to prepare our home for sale, coordinate staging and showings, and keep everything on track with our moving schedule.Their efforts produced remarkable results. Our home went under a Purchase and Sale Agreement within 24 hours of being shown to prospective buyers. The Davis Banks Team was incredible throughout the sale of our home. They were extremely professional, great communicators, and went above and beyond for us on a busy weekend coordinating lots of showings.
