Drew worked extremely hard and was incredibly responsive throughout our entire buying process. He was truly outstanding in terms of listening to our priorities, exhibiting patience as we fine-tuned our requirements, keeping us informed of new properties likely to come on the market and providing valuable local market knowledge. We were really impressed with the teamwork across the entire team (Teddy, Drew, Grace and Sam) - everyone was pleasant to work with and completely informed on the status of our search. As issues came up, they were dealt with professionally and thoughtfully. Whenever we mentioned we were working with the David Banks team, it was clear they are highly respected (quite often we heard "they're the best in the area by far". Laura and Chad did an outstanding job every step of the way in helping us purchase our condo. They both responded quickly to questions we had and made our purchase from out of state very easy. Laura set up a virtual walk through of the property which helped a lot. Her knowledge and professionalism put us at ease as we hadn’t purchased a home for many years. David personally met with us several times, took the time to understand our goals and timeline, and provided valuable guidance throughout the process.What impressed us most was the team's outstanding coordination and execution. Carrie, Lyndsay, Sam, and the entire team were kind, courteous, understanding, and always responsive to our questions and needs. They worked diligently with us to prepare our home for sale, coordinate staging and showings, and keep everything on track with our moving schedule.Their efforts produced remarkable results. Our home went under a Purchase and Sale Agreement within 24 hours of being shown to prospective buyers. The Davis Banks Team was incredible throughout the sale of our home. They were extremely professional, great communicators, and went above and beyond for us on a busy weekend coordinating lots of showings. Above and Beyond! Teddy Piper and the David Banks Team exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From our very first meeting, it was clear they were an outstanding Real Estate company. They were prepared, knowledgeable, experienced and pleasant to deal with. They understand the business and the market 100% and helped us navigate the sale of our beautiful home in Falmouth, Maine perfectly. They helped us with fair, high quality local vendors for needed repairs, staged the home beautifully, cleared up a few questions we had on survey, etc and sold our home before the repairs were even finished and before it even hit MLS.
