We used April to buy and sell homes. We wanted someone who would give us professional feedback, honest opinions, and be there throughout the whole process. April did ALL that and much more!We reached out to April after thinking we might have found our forever home on the MLS. She immediately helped us by scheduling a showing, talking us through an appropriate offer, and within 7 days we were under contract. We had so many conversations during this time period and ALWAYS felt like we were a priority.On the flipside, she helped us prepare to sell our home. Giving us honest feedback, tips, etc. and pricing our house appropriately to drive offers. All of this worked!! We had MULTIPLE offers, were under contract in 5 days, and sold for overask!If we had to pick just one of the amazing parts of working with April, we would pick her honesty in writing an aggressive offer for our forever home and listing our former house competitively. These conversations were definitely emotional for us as buyers/sellers but April gave us the feedback we needed to hear. In the end, her expertise saved us time and money!

April was amazing. We needed a quick sale as we had a short turnaround to move out of state. Her and the team were on top of every detail that led to us selling the first weekend on the market and well above asking price, which was intentional. When we met she told us entire process and how it will go down, all was true and accurate. Can’t thank her enough for getting us through the sale of our home.

April was did an outstanding job guiding us through the entire home purchase process. She was extremely patient with us, as she showed us over a dozen properties over the course of 4 months. She was readily available day and night to answer all our (annoying) questions. She held our hand the entire process and never made us feel insecure, pressured, or overwhelmed. In fact, she provided calm guidance and always made us feel that the decisions were ours to make. There were no artificial deadlines, and if we just weren't "feeling" a property, she gladly showed us others. April's expertise of the Southern Maines housing market is second to none, and it is only rivaled by her passion for the industry and for helping others in her community!

April is just simply the best! We have been working with April for years- during one of the hardest times to buy a house. She would consistently get us into showings, meet us at houses, and if she was unable she would send another agent- at the drop of a hat! Buying a house can be very defeating and discouraging and April was always there to help support us. She managed to get us our dream house! Your realtor should not add stress to the process and April certainly did not! She was knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely helpful. She was fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. Her positive attitude and guidance was so helpful during some pretty discouraging times! April is the absolute best! Her knowledge of South Portland and the surrounding area is unparalleled, she has a deep network of people who trust and respect her and her team, and she is incredibly effective when it comes time to negotiate a deal. My husband and I, who are first time home buyers, worked with April to go under contract on our home within 24 hours of seeing it at an open house -- it was a mad dash, and she expertly guided us through the process. We could not have been happier with the process.April is also just a really good human -- she's a great listener and quickly understands people and what they are looking for, and she has a great sense of humor and is fun to be around. She is also super down to earth and also does a ton of volunteer work giving back to the South Portland community.
