We had the absolute best experience selling our first family home with Troy, Heidi & the entire WRP Team! Starting the year with a potential new job on the table, a 3yr old in school and a new baby in our arms, Troy & Heidi truly listened to our variables and accommodated our timeline incredibly well - we nailed down a specific date for home pictures and were only able to give this team one week to sell our home when we were out of town on vacation (which they did in two days!! Starting off vacation knowing one enormous box was checked was a tremendous blessing!). Troy & Heidi were unflappable to any curveball question we asked along the way. Not knowing when our new job started, we agreed on a closing date; when we got directives that the new position would start sooner than anticipated, Troy & Heidi worked with us to expedite the close - that alone was amazing! As we were out of town throughout showings, Troy & Heidi managed everything beautifully and the communication was stellar - they let us enjoy our vacation knowing the professionals were handling everything and just briefed us end of day (this took such a weight off of our shoulders!). The WRP Team is extraordinary - from the staging coach to the magical pictures, from the front office staff to the transaction coordinator, we could not have felt more supported along the way. Every time we reached out with any question the response was immediate (Bri - you are a true professional, wealth of knowledge and rockstar!). We would recommend Troy, Heidi & Williams Realty Partners with 5-stars any day!! We look forward to working with this team again!! Here’s your latest problem: You’re working full time, have 2 kids in college, one kid who’s not in college and is “finding himself,” and you have a house to sell.But not just any house. Your house needs A LOT of work. Let’s just put it that way, ok? And you don’t have time to get done everything that needs to get done. You don’t even KNOW what needs to get done. What you really want is someone who will just take care of it, get your house listed, get it sold at a good price so you can keep putting your kids through school and keep paying the bills. What you’d really like is to make one phone call and say, Troy, can you help?And that is what it takes. Troy Williams will get it done. He actually started his own company to get things done, called “Get it Done.” I’m not making this up.This is the third property Troy has handled for me. I wouldn’t know how to work with anybody else. I wouldn’t even want to try. Because Troy is brilliant, honest, kind, dedicated, graceful, tough – he’s everything you need, when you need it. So if you’re reading this, you’re welcome. Because you just found the best realtor in New England. Not even a close call.

Working with Troy and the rest of the WRP team is truly a great experience. We had an exceptional experience with Troy Williams and Williams Realty Partners on the recent sale of two properties. It was an easy decision choosing Troy again after a prior successful sale.Based on his extensive experience in the York Maine and seacoast real estate markets Troy gave us thoughtful advice on how to position the two properties as a condominium. He was always available to answer our questions and offer guidance as we moved through the process of setting up the and selling the units. His inputs on the required documents as well as relationships with the necessary legal team were invaluable in moving the process to completion.Troy's choice of crafts people and the advice from Troy and the WRP team on even the small details during the needed pre-sale preparation made us confident that we were doing the right things. The work was done to a high standard even with a difficult schedule and COVID lurking around.The multi-channel marketing approach used by Troy brought significant buyer interest to our properties. His sales skills sold one unit over asking in 4 days after listing. The 2nd property sold in a week once we staged it..A WRP team member, Bri Frecteau, was extremely helpful to us in managing the projects' schedules and details as well as the outside demands of the closings. We would not have completed the sales with out her help. When we need real estate experience again there will be no hesitation in choosing Troy and his team.
