Alex was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He helped us through the entire process and had a wealth of knowledge on the area. He also recommended amazing people/companies whether it was for the closing or for trades/appliances. That made the process so much easier since we were moving from out of state and didn’t have any contacts. After a few years of being unsuccessful finding a home in this tough market, we were referred to Alex by a friend who had just successfully purchased a home in Holmdel with him. We are now also successful in having purchased a new home.We can’t say enough amazing things about Alex and his team, but below are some of the highlights:1. Super responsive. He will text you and jump on a call with you whenever you need him.2. Is looking out for you. With the market the way it is, people often might throw numbers at homes that they will regret in the future. Even if it means you wouldn’t get the home (and thus Alex will need to do more work for you), he will tell you what he thinks a fair price is.3. He really knows the counties we were looking - Middlesex and Monmouth extremely well. He knows the towns, communities, people, as well as any vendors we would need from legal, financing, contractors, etc.4. Knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. Going through the home tours he is so knowledgeable of what to look for in homes. 5. Trust. Alex is just an all around good person. In such an important life decision it was great having someone on our side that we trusted.

Alexandria was recommended from a co worker. When Allie showed up at the condo she already had researched comps and sale prices in the area. As we walked thru she explained the process as this was our first home sale. Within a couple days we had pictures taken. She even helped me move some of the furniture and boxes that was still in the condo for the pictures. We had a verbal offer the first day of showings and Allie explained everything and walked us thru accepting and moving forward with sale. She was always avail to talk or answer our questions and when the buyer seemed to ve a little slow with responses she stayed on top of it. Consistently touching base with me the entire time. Even on the dsy of closing Allie stayed in touch with me throughout the day letting me know when walk through was done and when the signing was complete. I would highly recommend Alexandria for her professional attitude, her quick responses and being able to explain the entire process to someone who hasn't been thru it before. We can't thank her and her team enough.
