Mike and his team were fantastic to work with and have extensive knowledge of the Union and surrounding markets. When I interviewed realtors, I was looking for someone who could guide us on making some updates and also had the marketing techniques to get us top dollar. The contacts he has with contractors and the eye he has helped us to do exactly that. As an out of state seller, his team was wonderful in making certain everything was in order from renovation to closing. I’d recommend Mike and his team again!

Michael and his team did a great job. Honestly, we should have taken his advice more. For instance, we didn't and listed the house for too high of a price. Only when we listened to him and dramatically dropped the price did we get a bidding war and ended up selling for what we had listed at to begin with. He knows the market, he's smart, and he and his team are quick and responsive. Highly recommend.
