The realtor that helped me was Mr. Alan Wengert ~When i first started my homebuying journey, I was on Zillow searching through houses to try and find one that I actually wanted to go look at that was within my price range. Once I had found one I went to find an agent and Mr. Alan was the realtor that got into contact with me. At this time I was living up in New York so i was unable to go and view the homes in person and Mr. Alan went out of his way to give me a virtual tour of the homes that I wanted to look at. In total I would say we looked at at least 8 homes across the Cape and Jackson area and not a single time did Mr. Alan complain or anything. He was always on time and took the time to discuss issues that he could see within the houses we searched for and also if they would meet my needs or not. Finally we had stumbled across on a house in Jackson and Mr. Alan went to go and look at it with my dad to see if it was good or not. The house had some apparent issues with it as nothing is perfect and Mr. Alan helped me come to a logical offer to ask the sellers. As we all know, you are supposed to clean a house and have it in a "move in ready" state for the final walk through. Well this house was not move in ready at all and Mr. Alan fought to have the house cleaned up and have everything we agreed upon to be met. Thanks to Mr.Alan's knowledge of local home professionals I was able to fix all the issues around the house for an affordable price with honest and hardworking professionals. The day came to close and Mr. Alan and his wife still didn't think that the house was clean enough for me to move in so him and his wife came over to clean the house up a bit more for me. Mr. Alan exceeded all my expectations and was truly amazing. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends and I seriously cannot tell you guys how amazing he was. GO WITH ALAN FOR ALL YOUR HOMEBUYING/SELLING NEEDS... SERIOUSLY.
