I can’t say enough great things about Melanie. She is such a genuine and honest person, which is exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a realtor. In our three year search for a home, Melanie walked through several homes with us, always giving us honest feedback. She truly cares and wants to find a home that suits your family. She made our home buying process so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone!

Melanie cares about her clients and does a wonderful job. She’s holds your hand through the whole process and does not make you feel stupid. This is coming from someone with anxiety that often feels that way! She gives it to you straight and ALWAYS gets back to you. If she knows you aren’t comfortable with something she addresses it immediately and talks it through with you. I will be using Melanie again and referring her. Buying your first home is stressful but Melanie has eased that stress to the best of her abilities. She will also fight for you hard and ensure you are coming out happy in the end. 10/10

Melanie and Ashley are the absolute BEST people to work with when it comes to buying or selling your home. They are so loving, considerate, patient, the list can go on. When my fiancé and I found out I was pregnant, we really wanted to find a home before I had the baby. Not only did they make that possible, but they made it SO EASY. It was our first time buying a home, and they always answered every question so gracefully, they stuck up for us when there was setbacks, and they were genuinely happy for us when everything worked out. They stay in touch and they make us feel loved, and we can’t wait to bring our baby girl to our new home!

For all things home buying, it doesn’t get better than Melanie! Being a first time home buyer can definitely be an intimidating process. From our first conversation, Melanie was not only dedicated to helping me to find the perfect home to fit my needs, but also to getting to know me as a person, not just a client. She always made sure that I understood every process that was happening and gave clear and concise explanations if there was something that I didn’t understand. Within days of meeting each other, we were already making a game plan and looking at houses, narrowing down each aspect until we found the perfect home. Even after finding my home, she was always available. She is an amazing negotiator and helped to get a great price not only on the house, but also in concessions, in order to get a new roof. She also made the closing process a breeze, even referring me to a bank so that I could get the best financing possible. From beginning to end, she made a stressful situation so much easier, and I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. I can’t thank Melanie enough, and I’d gladly recommend her, not only to first time home buyers, but to all home buyers. It’s a decision you won’t regret!

Melanie makes househunting buying/selling a home a truly special experience!!! She takes away any fears or confusion about today’s housing market. She goes out of her way for every client and she definitely knows her stuff!! Melanie is more than just a real estate agent, she’s a lifelong friend. My sister referred me to her three years ago when I was going through one of the hardest times of my life. Melanie checked in with me multiple times a week just to see how I was doing. She gave me some of the best advice and guided me every step of the way. I was new to the home-buying process and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Being a single mother of three is difficult but she made sure I never felt like I was alone. After a lot of hard work and patience, I’m a home owner! My kiddos and I are so incredibly grateful for her. I would choose her a million times over if I had to do this again. If I could give a sixth star to Melanie, I would. We'd never bought a home before, but had been looking for nearly three years (as very little was available in our price range). Two previous realtors helped us look in years one and two -- the first showed us houses over two days and didn't really reach out after that. The second year, our second agent showed us one house, contacted us a couple times after but seemed disinterested because of our lower price point. A close friend bought a house and recommended Melanie's agency. Melanie was a whole new ballgame. She kept in contact from the moment we met her until we closed on our home, she was never excessive with trying to sell, and yet she was always there if we had questions or wanted to see a house. She is an excellent negotiator when its needed, she made sure we noticed the actual condition of our home before committing to buying it, and has provided contact information for trusted professionals who can help us fix things. She has followed up, added us to her mailing list, and honestly she's like a friend to our family now. We couldn't have gotten a better person to find us our first home, and if we ever need to move or know anyone who does, we will only accept the best -- and that is Melanie Sanders.
