Jake helped my wife and me find our new home. We were pretty much first time buyers and Jake was very good at walking us through the whole process. My wife and I both work full time which made for a difficult schedule. After a couple of viewings we picked our house. And even though we had lots of negotiations with the selling party it was fairly painless. Jake handled everything and %90 of the process we did via smartphone. He also was able to help my wife find a place he knew I would love. A+

My wife have been on and off the past year or so looking at homes that'll fit us and Jake has been more than willing to assist us any time we needed. I've known him for quite a few years and even though we have the friend relationship where we're easy going with things he still put us first when we'd ask anything. Jake is a straight forward guy and when I needed to know something he'd tell me how it was. He walked us through many homes we were interested in and showed us the little things to look for that most people do not consider. Overall Jacob Fish is an excellent realtor that only wants his customers to be perfectly satisfied with their new homes. Top notch in class, courtesy, and professionalism!

My name is Andrew Bard and Jake Fish was my realtor for my home purchase in March of 2016.I called Jacob because I knew him personally for several years prior. Sometimes I worry about calls like this: never mix business and personal, right?My purchase went off without a hitch. He submitted my negotiations to the seller without reservation, discussed strategy, likelihood of seller acceptance and made everything extremely smooth. He even talked me out of a bad idea.For those who know me, you'd like that, if Jake was a bad realtor, I wouldn't be writing this. Friendship is no replacement for poor performance... however, for those that don't know me, I can say that Jake will be involved if I ever buy another piece of property.
