Having a really top-notch real estate agent during times like these is a critical aid in buying or selling a home. Terry Stacy is just such a realtor and has been a great help to me getting my home ready to sell and then finding a new home. He's always been so quick to respond to any questions I might have and is addressed every concern with care and consideration. Because of his professionalism and expertise my real estate search for a new home went so easily and he's been an insurmountable aid in helping me get my home ready to sell. We are very pleased with the service that Stacy Terry gave us throughout our home buying experience. We did not expect our offer to be accepted so quickly, but we trusted Stacy and his strategy, and it really paid off! This was a very fast turnaround, so a lot had to happen in a short period of time. Stacy made the process very smooth and was very attentive to our many questions. My husband and I worked with Stacy Terry at Yoo Realty Group for about 9 months. I highly recommend Stacy as a realtor. He is patient, kind, knowledgable and just an overall great person to work with. He made the entire experience fun and we really enjoyed our time with him. As new residents of Madison, Wisconsin, we were a bit overwhelmed with the buying process and the fast paced market of the area. Moving from out of state and throughout the entire buying process, Stacy was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding closing procedures, contingency asks and offer expectations. He listened to what we wanted out of a house and was able to find us our dream home. We are expecting a baby in June and he helped get us the house we will live in for years to come. We found our house within our budget, in the neighborhood we wanted, with enough space to grow....which as home owners in this economy is a HUGE win. Buying a home is a stressful experience, you put trust into a lot of people. Having Stacy as our point person and the person who helped get us to closing was the best decision we made.

Stacy Terry was excellent he was knowledgeable, on time for appointments, professional most importantly unlike other real estate agents, I've worked within the past I felt like he did what I wanted not once did I feel like he was rushing me to make a decision I didn't want to make. Amy Miller, our agent, was a pleasure to work with. Not only did she help with the showings and the logistics of a closing, she was extremely helpful with helping coordinate property inspections, and getting us in touch with handymen and contractors to get some work done post closing. She really demonstrated that she wasn't in it just for the sale, but truly wanted us to find a home. I would happily recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Tyree Portis has been amazing to work with. He helped me buy my home in Baraboo, WI. and he had helped us find our home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that we are closing on soon. I love that they work throughout Southern, WISCONSIN and that they are willing to work throughout the state. Tyree was available 24/7. It was stressful for myself, and he answered all my questions and understood all my concerns. Also, during the process of looking at the homes, our schedules did not align, and his team stepped up and there was always someone else who could meet us during our schedule. That was super convenient. Thank you Tyree and Yoo Reality Group for helping us pruchase our second home.
