Bobby & Voe are a dream to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable about our market & are very supportive throughout the entire process of buying/selling. They made selling our house & buying our new house a seamless process. We knew they were always advocating for us & had our best interest in mind. We always felt like we were their only clients, even though we knew they were VERY VERY busy. We appreciated their expertise when getting our house ready to show - they advised us on the best way to make our house appealing to a wide range of buyers. When I needed to find a property manager in an emergency after I had to fire my last one, the Montgomery Team was recommended to me by a friend. Bobby was amazing to work with to find renters and manage our property. I lived out of the state and even out of the country and there were never any issues with communication. I also appreciated his strategy regarding my property. He helped me adjust rents over the years and when the market changed, suggested a good time to sell. When I sold my property, he was also my agent then too. Excellent ethics, attitude, communication, and his professional experience in the area is the best!
