David’s knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility are unmatched. David helped us purchase our first home here in New Mexico and was invaluable to us throughout the entire process making sure we understood every step and had all of our questions answered so we always felt informed and very comfortable moving forward. Not only was he wonderful in regards to his knowledge of real estate in the area, but he also was very accommodating for us as we have very complicated schedules with our amazing son who has special needs. David was able to use the windows of time we were able to make ourselves available to really make things work for us. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and was more than happy to just jump on a call with us and make sure we were all on the same page. He also was wonderful in making sure we got all of the things that we needed out of the negotiation process. Moving out to AQB was a tough move for me. I’m an east coast guy, never been to the southwest, and knew absolutely ZERO about the state or city, let alone where to live. Enter David and his team… All I can say is WOW! He is not only the most professional real estate agent I’ve ever met, he is also the kindest person you’ll ever work with! He took care of everything not only with learning more about this gorgeous city of Albuquerque, but also showing me multiple wonderful properties which met my needs, and ultimately was able to get me a deal on my dream home (got 40k knocked off the original price), and took care of all necessary aspects of my purchase, ultimately making the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend these folks! We found our dream home in one weekend. Our real estate agent Rox was the best! She gave us listing of houses that catered to our liking and kept the line of communication open with us at all times. It was the easiest and smoothest transaction we could've ever asked for. David and his team helped us sell our beautiful home in NW ABQ recently, as we were moving out of state. Given all the complications and craziness with our move, David took care of everything with regards to getting our home being prepped for the sale and got it sold in 1 day! It was a totally hands-off and stress-free experience for us, which I highly appreciated. He was always very responsive, transparent and made sure we remain educated on next steps, every step of the way - so he managed our expectations very well! Given that I met David on Instagram and it was the first time we worked with him, I am SO glad I trusted him and his team with our home sale! They have been fantastic all the way!
