The Albuquerque housing market is very competitive, but Felicia was able to find us the perfect home within our budget and timeline. We signed with Jonathan and his team to purchase our new house and sell our old one. Felicia, our realtor, and Noelle, our transaction coordinator, made everything run so smoothly. Anything that needed to be done was handled promptly and accurately by Noelle.Felicia was a joy to work with and negotiated well on our behalf. We got everything we wanted in our house purchase and our old home sale went even better. We were under contract in about two weeks and closed 18 days early. We would definitely recommend them for your realtor needs.
