After 6 months with the wrong realtor and very unstable economic trends, Sandi and her team came through at the last minute of her contract. Starting at 913 and selling at 750 (even with a lower negotiated commission rate) - Sandi got the job done in spite of being on MLS close to a year. Sandi was able to overcome buyer hesitation due to an unstable Federal economy and hostile Financial Markets. Her team was truly amazing in all areas of service and assistance. Through the closing process her team was on top of our need to get things done quickly to pay off a bridge loan due in full. Even at the last week, Sandi ensured that all parties went above and beyond to complete transactions on time to hit our deadline.

I have used Sandi to buy and sell several homes since 2011. My most recent transaction was the sale of an executive home in Four Hills. Let me just say that Sandi and the Sandi Pressley were amazing (again) and are the 'best of the best'. Her advice about timing, pricing, staging, and everything else was spot on. Even during the business holiday season and a snow storm, everything stayed on track. We listed on a Tuesday, an open house was held Thursday and we had multiple offers on Friday. We didn't even need the second open house on Sunday.
