Leon was amazing he was responsive and always answered our calls. We used Leon not the Maez group to buy our new home. Leon made the buying process smooth and was always available. I would recommend Leon to everyone, to buy a home. Lisa was awful to work with. I will never sell another house with the Maez group again and I will let everyone I know to use a different group to sell there home. If I could give negative stars on the selling process I would. Lisa made the selling process stressful with her lack of communication and Joe Maez must sign off on her unprofessionalism.

I am extremely pleased with The Maez Group in their handling the sale of my brother's home. It had been on the market for three months prior when my son convinced me to list it with The Maez Group. I met with Joe on a Sunday afternoon, and he immediately told me, "Oh, this is going to sell right away." Sure enough, it was listed on a Wednesday, and on Friday I received a notification that it sold! Terri and Lisa, who personally assisted me, were truly professional and dedicated to the sale. They walked with me every step of the way, keeping me informed throughout the process. They as much as sent me email notifications prior to every showing! I wholeheartedly recommend The Maez Group. The Maez team is excellent. They're local so they know this town on a professional level and all of my interactions have shown nothing but the highest level of competence. This team takes pride in being number one without being arrogant - they work for it. As a business owner with a career in management of small teams from Beverly Hills to Albuquerque, I can recognize a good operation when I see one. From the moment I met with Joe, I admired his strategy. It showed me he understands the nature of negotiation, the market movement/trends, and each area in this town with an assuring level of expertise. Once we got the ball rolling, both Lisa and Terri could not have been better. The team is responsive and take care of their clients. Joe did a great job with pricing our home for sale, teaching us what needed to be done to make it look its best for potential buyers, and getting the right people to provide professional and excellent pictures and videos, all within the time frame we wanted. He seemed always available to answer any questions or concerns, following up with us as needed. The entire Maiz team is quite impressive: Lisa was spot-on with her interactions and negotiations with our buyers from the beginning to the end, always looking out for us as if it was her own home, following up and keeping us in the loop; Terri had the paperwork side of it handled from day one and even with the challenges of the international aspect of this sale, she calmly followed it and kept us abreast of the potential issues we were facing. All in all, we were very pleased. BTW, the house sold the first day it was listed which speaks for itself in the current market.
