Susie handled the purchase of our new house. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient and gave us great advice on how to proceed through the entire purchase process. The house we liked had at least one competitive offer but she negotiated a deal that both sides were pleased with and the process went quickly and smoothly despite occurring over the holidays. I recommend her to friend and family without hesitation.

Susie helped us with the sale of our old house following the departure of our tenants. She gave us sound advice on what needed to be done to optimize it for sale. As with our previous experience with her last year, everything went smoothly with the transaction and we were able to close the sale with a great price very quickly.

Susie was absolutely amazing in getting our property sold. This property was not an easy one as we inherited it and it had been absolutely trashed. She made sure we got the most we could for it and was very proactive in making sure that things were getting done on the paperwork side. If it wasn't for the fact that we moved out of state I definitely would have stayed with her to buy a house as well. Wonderful response time and a great knowledge of the area and development. If there's something she doesn't know she works quickly to get an answer. I would absolutely recommend her.

I met Susie while looking at homes in Oregon City. We were actually with another realtor at the time. We walked through multiple homes Susie had listed with a builder. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the homes and there were no questions unanswered! After we left, we started talking about how we wished we would of had her as our realtor. We ended up going back on our own and letting her know we really wanted to work with her. She said she would love to work with us too. We ended up building, after looking for a couple months and not able to meet our unrealistic expectations. She could nnected us with a builder and stayed with us through the whole process. She would calm us down When we would text her with concerns and whining about why certain things seem to be taking too long or just flat out didn't understand something. Susie Hansen you are FABULOUS!! We absolutely love you!

We met our Realtor Susie Hansen in the summer of 2013 while we were out house hunting and we felt like we won the lottery the day. Susie spent countless hours over the next couple of months looking at homes for us, attempting to meet our unrealistic expectations. She encouraged us to build a new home that met our needs and helped us to find a builder and followed the building process all the way through to closing. We were not the easiest clients to work with (lots of whining) so Thank You Susie for your help, support and patience. WE LOVE OUR HOME!

Absolutely love Susie! Currently going through the final stages of buying a home that Susie helped me find. I was previously working with another realtor who I viewed a few homes within my budget with, however after not finding anything, I was left feeling like there were no other options. I found Susie through a friend and was pleased right away, as she presented a whole new list of properties she felt would present opportunities for negotiation, thus falling within my budget. Susie understood how long I'd been waiting to buy a home and how important it was to me. In one weekend, we must have looked at a dozen homes and each home she proved to be knowledgeable and protective of my best interest. Although the home I chose was a little over my price range, it still had bonuses and ended up being exactly what I wanted. An opportunity that may have been missed had she not thought outside the box. Susie is easy going and enjoyable to be around, which is something very important to me. The home buying process is not always an easy one and the last thing you want is to feel uncomfortable. She's also very responsive and dedicated to making a smooth home buying process, not waiting around for things to fall through the cracks. I would definitely recommend Susie!
