I highly recommend Matt Soukup and his team to sell your house. I listed my house in the height of the Covid-19 quarantine so I was a little nervous to say the least. Matt did his homework and set the asking price very competitively for the market. Matt's communication during the listing and selling process was outstanding. Matt touched base with me every day giving me market conditions, competitive house updates and potential offer's and showings coming up. When we did get an offer we agreed upon Matt and his team just did a fantastic job working with the buyer agent to get the deal done. Thanks again to Matt, Nicole and Leigh for making this such a smooth process.

Matt Soukup took my home and lot listing in February 2018 after I had spent the entire previous year 2017 with another broker with minimal showings and no sale to show. I gave Matt the listing because he gave me a professional presentation on how he would market my property differently so it would sell. And he did!! He was awesome. His ideas and supportive staff sold my house and lot in ONE DAY on the market and ABOVE listing price! His team put together a great photo marketing package, and Matt always made himself available through the offer and inspection negotiatiion process till closing. I can't highly recommend him enough. He's terrific!

My experience was great! Marc and his team got my husband and I into our dream home for a great price! Their excellent negotiating skills helped us get our needs met as a buyer without increasing the cost for us on the final sale price! Kevin was very helpful throughout the entire process, answering any and every question we had with the most accuracy as possible. We used one of their recommended inspectors who provided us with a thorough inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. If you’re looking for a great team, look no further!
