Rebecca and the team Amy runs is amazing. Rebecca was excellent at negotiating the offer so that it was a win/win for both us and the seller. We were happy with our deal, and the sellers loved our offer. With the market the way it is right there, that's a great reason to use Rebecca.But if that's not enough, the team she works with is also top notch when it comes to fast, open communication between all parties, quickly following up on any questions or concerns, and always available to help. In general, very responsive and honest. They do a great job, and they get it done quickly and efficiently.

Amy is a top-tier agent and manages a top-tier team. She is a highly-driven and very competent professional. We were fortunate to work with Courtney Brown (on Amy’s team) as well as Amy directly. From the start, we were impressed; it was immediately clear that we could trust this team to give us the best experience possible. At all times we felt they were acting in our best interest. They answered all of our questions and they are experts at what they do. They were highly responsive.I highly recommend Amy and Courtney Brown (and I’m sure everyone on their team is equally good). If you want the best, this team is a solid choice.

We are an older couple and this was our first home selling experience. Amy was not only professional, knowable, and competent but also readily available to us when ever we had questions or concerns. She was very understanding and kind as we worked together to resolve a few issues with the buyers of our house. We would choose Amy in a heart beat if we were ever to be in a position to buy or sell a house. She is simply wonderful and a delight to work with.

Amy Asivido Christmas is amazing and fun. Her advise on what I needed to do to get the top dollar for my home and the resources to get it were invaluable. The price point she recommended was spot on.
