Susan made buying a house so easy and fast. She makes herself available to you no matter the time of day. She explained everything in detail and was honest if the deal was not worth it even if that meant we would have to start from square one. Even now that we closed on our house she is still available to answer any of our questions that might come up. We love Susan and we recommend her to everyone.

Ms Flores was diligent during my entire home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods El Paso. It was a pleasure having Susan by my side as I purchased my first home. She is very attentive, kind and easy to get along with. She is very helpful and she has a great team. Also in working with the city's First Time Homebuyer Program they all made sure deadlines were met and were always in touch and keeping me updated. Highly recommended.
