Steve was able to negotiate a deal good for both the seller and the buyer. He then closed the deal three days after listing. Every detail was handled by him so I just had to show up at the closing.

I admit I knew Steve prior to using him as our realtor, but it has genuinely been the most stress free and wonderful experience. Our home was on the market for two (2) days and we received our first offer. Steve advised on our counter offer, well outside of business hours, and showed a great desire to get the best deal for us. We have also chosen to pursue him as our agent in the purchasing of our next home.
