My experience with Amber Greene was defined by a lack of transparency, poor professional judgment, and a complete disregard for my financial loss. I entered a dual-agency arrangement with her, paid $550 out of pocket for an appraisal, and was then pushed out of the purchase so the property could be sold to another buyer.The appraisal I paid for was never used for my benefit, and there was no effort made to protect my position as the original buyer. In a dual-agency situation, the agent is required to act fairly and represent both sides without bias. That did not happen. The sequence of events made it clear that my interests were secondary to securing a different buyer.There was no accountability for the wasted appraisal cost, no attempt to correct the situation, and no professional explanation that justified the outcome. The handling of this transaction showed a disregard for basic ethical standards and for the financial impact on the client.Based on this experience, I would not recommend using Amber Greene as an agent in any capacity. The lack of integrity and the financial loss speak for themselves.

If you want GOLD go with Greene! Amber is an unstoppable force when it comes to the real estate market. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your home buying or selling experience is as smooth and professional as possible. If I had 100 houses to sell she would be my agent on every one. I can’t recommend her enough.
