Spencer's team went above and beyond! I had a fantastic experience with them when I purchased a home, and went right back to them when it came time to sell. They knew exactly what needed to be done and the best time to get the house up on the market. I was bombarded by extraordinary offers after one weekend of showings, and closed on the house without a hitch! If you're looking to sell or buy in their area, I highly HIGHLY recommend this team.

Holy cow!!! This was our first home purchase, it was far from standard(in my opinion) and this team was AH-mazing. We couldn't have been more impressed or thankful. Shoutout to Spencer, Aaron, Lacey, and I know everyone else helped behind the scenes. They regularly checked up on us (but it wasn't too much), they stayed patient with all of our questions, crazy ideas and the many listings we wanted to see on short notice. Despite not sure we were ready to buy. They were a wealth of valuable advice as we toured homes with their extensive knowledge from the industry, our town, their past careers, and of course their own home adventures. Everyone worked to find answers if they weren't readily available and had great response time. They work as a smooth team to keep us informed about every step of the process, and were grinding down to the wire when there were a lot of unknowns with our situation and we needed to pull it all together to close. Spencer was there through walk-though and closing to give us moral support and again answer any outstanding questions, plus they've checked in since closing! In an era where it's easy to disconnect, I really appreciated all the personal touches Spencer's team does. Buying a home is a big deal, and it's clear Spencer Real Estate Group loves what they do by the care they took for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Spencer and his team worked diligently to assist me in buying a home. They were communicative, patient, friendly, and resourceful. They helped narrow my search and visit numerous properties. This process helped immensely because it allowed me to prioritize what I was looking for. Once I found my home, they made the closing process as simple as possible. Spencer also offered to help me re-rent my apartment prior to the closing date. This was an amazing experience from start to finish and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I highly recommend Spencer Realty. They quickly respond to my questions and requests to see a property, are knowledgeable about the market, and they point out problems with a home’s condition and ballpark costs for repair. I find them to be honest, polite and personable. Their team approach works well. They didn’t give up on me after viewing at least a dozen homes. We had an amazing experience working with Spencer, Aaron, Faith, Lacey, and the entire team! The entire team was kind, helpful, and instrumental in helping us navigate a busy market to find the right home for us! During showings they were quick to point things out and give us insights on items that may need to be addressed. When making offers, Spencer helped work within our parameters while providing guidance based on market trends. When we needed to change approach in a competitive market, Spencer was clear with ways to make our offer more competitive. Everything about Spencer Real Estate Group is exceptional. When they say that they work as a team, they genuinely mean that they meet every day to discuss your transaction in and out to make sure that everything is on track and to see if there is anything extra that they can do for your family. We bought and sold a home with Spencer Real Estate Group and could write a novel about how well this team cared for us. It's hard to put into words just how well they found the perfect balance - we felt like they were our best friends but were also true professionals through every step of the process. Every phone call, email, and face to face interaction felt genuine and they knocked our socks off with how well they also knew the market. To give a few shout outs... SPENCER - A true leader and market expert. On the buying side, he was a fierce yet fair negotiator. On the selling side, he listened to our wants and needs and gave suggestions to increase value without overwhelming us with "to-do's". I have never met a professional or person with a straighter moral compass. It's clear that he had our best interest in mind from day one and was willing to put in the extra work regardless of the situation. Spencer and his team helped us receive 16 amazing offers with incredible contingencies and our preferred closing date! ERIK - He handled the pre-listing timelines and media package that was included in the listing (for freeeee!) and he was outstanding. Respectful, conversational, and always willing to bend over backwards to help (literally...sorry about the furniture that needed to be shifted). LACEY - Once we had a quick accepted offer, she ran the show with logistics! She was always two steps ahead of us and answered every question quickly and thoroughly - a true transaction angel. AMANDA - The unsung hero of the team. When you call the office, you'll often talk to Amanda who is the ringleader of the crew. She was always a joy to talk to and made sure to get us in touch with the right person or answer our question right on the spot. She knew every aspect of our transaction and was always happy to help in any way possible. Circling back to the team as a whole, they are the total package. I have referred many friends their way over the years and will continue to shout their names from the rooftops for the rest of time.
