Shelly did a wonderful job helping us look for a house. She was very informative and knowledgable about all aspects of searching for the perfect home. In addition to all of her expertise, she was a phenomenal communicator. Shelly did an outstanding job of communicating current market conditions for us as sellers. She put together a market report on comparable condo’s and what we could expect to sell for. He sell strategy was spot on. We sold the condo for 11% higher than the list price. I should also mention we sold the condo in one day!! I am extremely satisfied with my decision to hire Shelly as our Agent. All around great job!

Shelly helped me with the purchase of my condo. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. She was very responsive to texts, and calls, and was available for all questions and concerns. Honestly, i don’t think i would have found a home, as quickly and problem free, if I had had any other realtor.

Shelly was so personal and knew exactly what I needed with selling my condo. She knew the good timing and the best deal actually got me over asking! She also worked outside of Racine area up in Mequon. Not only does she have local knowledge but she has knowledge about all real estate. So sweet, caring, and felt like she was rooting for me.
