I recently selected Sharron and her team at We Sell Leisure Village to represent me for the sale of a property within Leisure Village and I had retained them in 2019 to represent me for the purchase of that same property. They have detailed knowledge of the local real estate market and their service and support are exceptional. The process was seamless on both the buyer and seller side with timely and concise communication throughout. They are also well connected to local escrow agents as well as the HOA administration in Leisure Village which streamlined what can otherwise be a clunky process. I can highly recommend Sharron and her team!

Sharron and Meryll from “We Sell Leisure Village” came highly recommended from several friends who have bought in “The Village”. They were super responsive to our request for a meeting and in short order came up with a plan to help us sell my Mom’s home. Through their expert guidance and vast list of contractors, we were able to renovate the home at a reasonable cost and get a very fair offer on the home in a quick timeframe. Meryll guided us through the whole escrow process and they both were always available to meet with the contactors so that I didn’t have to be there. This was a huge help! I would say, the hardest part of this process was learning to spell Sharron’s name with two R’s and Meryll’s name with two L’s! You won’t find anyone more knowledgeable about “The Village” than these two women and they will work hard to get you your desired result.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Sharron and Meryll. If only everyone were as professional, efficient, and on top of things as they are! They not only are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the ins and out of selling a house, but they go so far above and beyond what a realtor does. They coordinated all the trades-people needed to renovate and update the house prior to the sale and they had a resource for everything that needed fixing. When the house was ready, they were able to sell it for over the asking price. They turned what might have been a stressful process into one that was smooth, quick, and pleasurable. And, they’re just lovely people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Buying a home is both intimidating and stressful.  That stress is magnified when buying a home sight unseen!  We recently bought a home sight unseen, but the process was smooth and painless due to our real estate agents, Meryll Russell and Sharron Parker.  We had complete trust in their expertise and their integrity.  They diligently searched homes for sale until they found the one that matched our needs perfectly.   They found a home that they were going to list prior to putting it on the market.  They negotiated a fair price, and handled all of the details with precision and expertise.  Even though we were across the country we always felt informed and well represented during the entire process. Sharron and Meryll were excellent helping us to sell at relative’s home. Within 24 hrs of signing the contract, they had a painter, home, carpet & window cleaning lined up. In less than a week, the house was in great shape to show to prospective clients. They helped us determine an acceptable price and evaluate offers. This was especially helpful for us as we live 1500miles away! I would highly recommend these ladies.
