I had a home to sell in Tooele County and was referred to Ryan by a good friend. Ryan was so quick to come over and get us on the right path. He measured the home to verify the square footage, answered our questions and gave us tips on getting it ready to sell. We had home showings so quickly and Ryan uses awesome technology that would alert me every time a showing scheduled. We quickly had an offer! My wife and I are first time home buyers and found Ryan through coworkers recommendations. I cannot express properly how helpful Ryan was, making the buying process of our first home the best we could have asked for. His experience in construction was reassuring while home shopping among very old Ogden homes. Ryan was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and gave his input only when asked. He wasn't pushy at all and we felt no pressure from him in any way. He was kind and respectful. I really appreciated that he would always remind us that we needed to do what was best for our family. I will use and recommend him in the future. He was very fair and listed our home for free. He worked so hard for us as well. You'd be crazy NOT to use Ryan!
