We had a very poor experience with Jordan. As first time homebuyers, we were seeking a realtor that was could trust and had our best interest in mind. This, however, was not the case with Jordan. We only toured a handful of homes and, with some nudging from Jordan, we told him that we were potentially interested in putting in an offer on a home. He pushed back on any of my requests to negotiate the price and actually sought a higher purchasing price so he could convince the seller, a personal friend, to "cover closing costs." He then sent us a contract late in the evening and expected us to sign it by midnight. At this point, we barely felt involved in the process and after comparing simular homes in the area, I realized that the price per square footage and overall quality of the home was not at all comparable. We ultimately declined to sign any offer and when I explained to Jordan some of my concerns, I was brushed off and told that we were making a mistake and we're missing a major opportunity. When also I cited some very legitimate concerns made by a few family members, he essentially told me that my family was being overbearing and that I can't just do everything they tell me to do. As a young couple, I felt that Jordan was actively taking advantage of our trust and unfamiliarity with the home buying process for his own financial gain. Now a homeowner, our experience with another agent paled in comparison to Jordan. We toured nearly 20 homes with her before even making our first offer. She never pressured us, was incredibly honest, and tactically negotiated when purchasing our first and current home.

Jordan was great at connecting me to additional people that helped me with the process of buying a home. He connected me with my loan officer who was able to get me a healthcare worker loan that was very beneficial for me. Jordan also responded quickly any time that I reached out to him. He was patient with all of the questions I had too. I would recommend him to family/friends for sure!

Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with! He took us to a ton of houses and never pressured us to settle for something. He worked with us through our house getting sick and was willing to reschedule and see houses that were genuinely a good fit for our needs. He was invested in our interests watched for houses that may have been a good fit.

Jordan helped us with finding the perfect home! It felt like a long time that we were searching and going to look at different places until one felt right, and Jordan helped us out every step of the way. My favorite thing about him was how he had experience working on and flipping houses so he knew what to look for in a house. He was able to point out things that we did not even think of. I also liked his costco treats in the back of his car.
