Working with Rodger was a delightful experience for my wife and me. Rodger helped us purchase our first house and maintained clear communications throughout the entire process. Rodger answered all of our first-time homeowner questions and always made us feel competent. He was incredibly flexible with his schedule and worked around the clock for my wife and me. His decade of real estate experience seated our confidence in Rodger as he managed negotiations with the buyer's agent, which worked to our advantage! Moreover, he had many great recommendations for financing, title companies, house project contractors, and home ideas for us. Furthermore, he knew many of the strict requirements for a VA home loan and had our complete confidence in getting us through the extensive documentation required. Lastly, Rodger goes out of his way to ensure our house is clean and ready to move into just after the closing date. Rodger is undoubtedly an excellent real estate agent who looks out for Veterans looking to buy a home and is our recommendation for Utah home buyers.

I'm not the kind to usually write reviews, but couldn't resist after the experience I had with Rodger Jessop. Two years ago, Rodger found me and my wife the perfect starter home in Farmington, UT and impressed us both by his knowledge of the area and ability to take care of us during the purchase and when a Home Warranty issue came up shortly afterward. Two years later, when we were ready to move from a starter home to a family home, it was only logical that we call on Rodger's services again. When I thought it couldn't get any better to work with Rodger, I didn't realize how wrong I was. He sold our home in 3 days, and we made a 128% ROI - and quickly found us the home of our dreams in Layton. Rodger was able to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with, and we are now the proud owners of a beautiful home that we can now raise a family in.I would highly recommend Rodger Jessop to anyone looking for a realtor, as his most endearing quality is that he truly does care about the well-being of his clients. We will be doing all of our real estate business with Rodger moving forward. It's great to have someone you can trust in this business, thanks for everything Rodger!
