Randy has worked the area I lived in for years. I have spoken to him many times before about market conditions etc. So, when it was time to sell my house, I naturally used Randy. I was not disappointed. He helped me through the process and made things really clear and concise. We agreed on a sell price and had an offer in 4 days. Buyer asked for a short escrow which we were able to oblige them with Randy's guidance and expertise. I would highly recommend Randy and his team.

I knew shortly after i first met Randy that I had chosen the right realtor to sell my property in Huntington Beach. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of the area and recent sales. He was thorough in walking through my property, and he was extremely helpful getting it better prepared to list and show. He was aggressive but realistic about the asking price. He was extremely responsive and efficient in responding to me and getting documents to me. He went above and beyond in showing the property and negotiating a great deal. It took less time than I expected to sell the property for a price that I am very happy with. I would recommend Randy to anyone seeking a high-quality and experienced realtor.

My wife and I worked with Randy to sell our Huntington Beach house concurrent with our move out of state in April. We chose Randy to represent us in our sale because of his expertise and knowledge about the Huntington Beach market and very favorable reviews among others who have used him. I will say that we were very pleased with his service and the value he added to the transaction. We were not sure about pricing/valuation, but Randy was instrumental in providing the suggestion based on market comps and broader market conditions. Ultimately the house sold for a higher price than I thought likely, and I credit Randy's expertise and understanding of the market for that.He was communicative though the process and always returned phone calls promptly. Randy and Tanja did an amazing job! From day one back in 2002 until the sell of our home in 2025, I can't begin to put down how much we have gained in life from this team! Our house went on the market on the 14th and was sold by the 18th! Randy and Tanja's attention to detail and personal advice every step of the way was priceless. Their knowledge of the current market conditions, the area, and keen eye made our home look like a show piece. They walk in integrity, respect, and kindness. Randy sets himself apart in a few areas. His demeanor is very professional and collected. He exudes experience, which shows in his deep understanding of real estate negotiations and home sales. Furthermore, he understands his submarket to a very high degree, and his knowledge of the Huntington Beach market is evident throughout the transaction.
