Michelle did a fantastic job in assisting us with the purchase and the sale of our houses in Bridgewater and Warren NJ. Her expertise, experiences and professional ethic were second to none which make the whole process very easy for us. This enables us to focus on what is important for us in this life style change period of time. On the sale side, she guided us and closely involved in each step of process. Such as resolving water service line issues, inspection process, pricing, presentation and closing details. In addition, she involved in marketing material presentation, and her professional recommendation of flooring, furniture arrangement, and cosmetic details. As a esult, we had cash offers within a week once listed in the market.On the purchase side, she understands what we are looking for. She identified prospective houses, arrange thorough walkthrough for us to visit. Negotiated the price and dates. In addition, she also assisted us in identifying a trusted moving company and the reselling furnitures from the existing owner to us. All in all, we thought to sell and to buy a house within three months was impossible. Michelle made it happen with excellent prices. We’d recommend Michelle to anyone we know.

Michelle was terrific. We got above the asking price and she stayed on top of every single detail. She made what could have been a very difficult process for us trying to sell my deceased brother‘s house from out of town smooth and easy. She was kind and understanding and we very much appreciated her. We would list with Michelle again in a heartbeat.
