I never actually met Michael or even had any correspondence with him. I was recommended him by one of my new coworkers when moving to the state and when I called I was told he was unavailable, but they would set me up with one of his agents, Boomer Bates. I simply sent over the listings on houses I liked told him what I liked and didn't and he showed me around at the ones I wanted to see, but then told me about one going up on the market the next day that had pretty much all my wants right at the right price and I put an offer in that day and got it. Without Selling North Georgia, I probably wouldn't have got the beautiful home I did.
They treated me like FAMILY ..Michael Williams was totally awesome throughout the whole process. He correctly predicted what was going to happen from the number of showings I could expect right down to the timeframe it would take for the closing process to begin.The whole team did a great job! They layout a great marketing plan prior to listing then follow it until the house sells. They send weekly updates telling you how your house is doing compared to other listings. Many realty companies list houses but very few are as thorough as Keller Williams team. Look no further if you are looking to buy or sell a house.
No one is perfect! But Michael WILLIAMS and his team have achieved great excellence. In a market that is sometimes confusing Michael was there to guide and advice. We took a gamble and invested some time and money and preparing our home with his advice and to be fair, there were times I questioned if we had made the right decision. With days on market averaging 85 days, we found ourselves on a bidding war in 24 hrs and under contract that same weekend. With more people inquiring about the home and hoping for a chance. Michael and his team are profesional and supportive. They pay attention to detail and he definitely has an eye for what will make a property ready to hit the market. Once you have all of that you then find that he and his team will go to great lengths to help you. We move out of state and Michael was there, going above and beyond anything expected of a Real Estate agent.
