If you want a team of caring and knowledgeable people, use this team for buying or selling your home!!! I worked with Matt and hands down the most caring and knowledgeable real estate agent I could have ever asked for! I was in an emotional position when selling my home and buying a new one and he was there for me 100%, him and Nikki both went above and beyond in my opinion to help me get the home of my dreams and sell my house with the ease I had hoped for. I would highly recommend them as a team for buying or selling!!!!!

Matt and his wife Nikki are truly the best around. We’ve worked with them multiple times over the past two years, from buying a home, buying land, and then selling our home, and every single experience was seamless because of them. They went so far above and beyond at every step that it honestly took a ton of stress off our shoulders. It’s hard to believe but we have been working with Matt Kapellen now for 15 years. We started working with him as our agent for our first primary residence. Matt was patient with us as we must have walked through 20 houses. He did a great job navigating us through the home buying process and always got us into properties the same day or the next day. He actually picked the property we decided to buy.Fast forward 11 years after not talking to Matt since closing on our first property, he took time out of his schedule to talk to us about rental properties. Once again, he shared his knowledge and helped us get our business started. Since 2020 we have purchased 4 additional properties with Matt as investors and we couldn’t be happier working with him. What I appreciate the most is that Matt is fun to work with, knowledgeable, honest, and maybe most important extremely responsive. The market the last few years has been hyper competitive and if it wasn’t for Matt getting us into properties immediately so we could do showings and make offers I don’t think we would have the current rental portfolio we have. Matt’s knowledge of the market and underwriting deals has also saved us money.There is no agent I would rather work with. That’s my perspective as an investor and a personal home buyer. As an investor we plan to work with Matt to continue expanding our portfolio.
