Mark was outstanding throughout the process. His knowledge of and connections within the local market allowed him to provide outstanding guidance with the offers I put forward, whether that was purchase price, appraisal gap coverage, or inspections. Mark knows how to pull different levers so your offer doesn't necessarily have to be the highest purchase price to be the top option. Mark at Brace Homes, is well known relator with his company and team. I bought home at Cascade and sold my home at Rockford, both with him. He will make things happen and take your thoughts and budget in consideration with out hassle, he will show or send some one for him to show the properties you want to look at, give you a good honest advise. Timing and Closing process is right at dots. Flexible and his teams are awesome with what they each do with great positive and will answer any of your questions.He will sell your property in right price fast enough as well

Mark and his team were extremely knowledgeable of the area and real estate market. They honed in quickly on what we were looking for and gave us good insight into the area while we were working with them remotely. We were looking to relocate to the area which we had not lived in previously. Mark was so organized and made good use of our time. He happened to be out of the office for a short while and his team took over (Emily) and didn't miss a beat with helping us look for new homes.
