Marie did an amazing job for us in selling our home when we didn’t expect it to sell, it sold very fast! We are still surprised and so satisfied. I passed Marie’s info along to a co-worker, who than hired Marie and their home sold just as quickly as ours did. I know she doesn’t control the market, but she did so great! I highly recommend her!

My experience with Marie as my seller agent was first-rate. Her extensive career experience in the local real estate market enabled an effective outcome. She was immediately responsive to my inquiries and executed negotiations and transactions timely and flawlessly. She gave me the room to make decisions on my own time line while providing information on current market conditions. Her sales staff were supportive and responsive. When I could not be there to physically perform inspection requirements, her team responded quickly on my behalf and kept us on schedule to close escrow. Highly recommend Marie to assist with any home sale!!

Marie has been a fabulous realtor from start to finish! She is very knowledgeable regarding the local areas and their housing markets. She shepherded me through a surprisingly easy selling of my old home and a very challenging purchase of my new home, all with a calm, supportive, professional demeanor. She has been easy to connect with interpersonally, even when I was frustrated about aspects of the selling and buying process. She has been very responsive to all requests, including being able to provide referrals for local skilled laborers (hvac, locksmith, roofer, electrician). Her showing partner, Josh Morales, was also a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile (literally) at the last minute to bring me a set of keys to the new house on moving day. I can't say enough positive things about Marie and Exquisite Properties. Highly recommend!
