My husband and I relocated from Virginia to Texas. We are first-time homebuyers, and were moving to a very unfamiliar market. We first approached The Kristen Schramme team after feeling defeated in our home search. From the moment they answered the phone, we knew we were in good hands. Our Inside Sales Agent, Lindsay, was friendly and instantly worked to understand our wants & needs. She did a great job pairing us with our wonderful agent Lyndsey Cianci. Lyndsey went above and beyond ensuring that we were taken care of. As first-time homebuyers, it can be very nerve wracking finding the “perfect home”. But, Lyndsey was up for the challenge. My husband and I were in different parts of the country, so Lyndsey orchestrated video-tours for us to be able to see the homes we requested. She was incredibly knowledgeable and worked directly with the builders of the home to make sure we were 100% comfortable in our decision. Within days we were under contract on a beautiful new construction. Once under contract, Trinity, helped walk us through everything we would need to successfully close on our home. Both Lyndsey and Trinity made the entire process seamless. We cannot begin to express our gratitude to this incredible team for helping us secure our beautiful home. SOLD without listing our house! Thank you Team Kristen Schramme for selling our house without ever listing it. You gave us the perfect advice to prepare our house for selling. I was very concerned about our cat with having a lot of people in and out during the selling process. Kristen listened and contacted us and said one of her realtors had clients looking for a house like ours and wanted to stay in the neighborhood. The family loved our house and with that it was sold! Heather and Kristen were fantastic and willing to answer questions and advice throughout the process. We have since recommended them to family and friends who have had the same amazing experience!!On the purchasing side, Bryan was with us from purchased the lot, all the way through the 18months of building! He was always supportive and knowledgeable on the build and design process. He spoke to the builder a number of times to get clarification for us as we felt left in the dark. Bryan made sure we got the right inspectors at the right times for the new build, and did all the walk through with us. Bryan always made sure that we were taken care of? We highly recommend him! He is a very genuine and caring person.
