Maribel was able to list, makeready, stage, photo, show and sell the house without any input or effort on our part. We were hundreds of miles away all the way through closing. She was absolutely dependable, communicated well and sold it for more than listing price. Highly recommend!!!

Maribel helped us buy our first home, and the experience was fantastic. A few years later after moving to Oregon, we knew we wanted her to be the one to help us sell it as well. She really went above and beyond multiple times for us to help tie up loose ends in order to get our house in prime selling condition. I appreciate that she always provides data to give a complete picture of the market in your exact area. We always knew we could reach her and she made sure to give us frequent updates on how the process was going (both times we worked with her). Maribel is transparent and will give you an honest opinion. She is an invaluable resource, and we recommend to everyone we meet who needs a realtor in the San Antonio area. Maribel is a truly amazing Realtor. She both helped us sell our home and locate our dream home. We have loved working with her. She is very responsive, thorough, patient, and always makes herself available to answer questions. She's very knowledgeable about the market, and she took the time to get to know us so that she could really focus on what we were looking for in a house. We were first time sellers, so we were very unsure and nervous about the process. She explained everything to us in detail and carefully went over her pricing and market strategy with us. Best of all, it took less than 48 hours for our home to be under contract. She really did a fantastic job, and we highly, highly recommend Maribel!
